January 16th, 2014 Cologne, Germany. German Institute Technische Universität Queretaro (German Institute TU Queretaro) opens its doors in the city of Querétaro, starting with Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering. The philosophy and approach of teaching is German based combined with the experience of its local and international teachers.

The main goal of the institute is the real development of technology in Mexico, based in the high technical level in automotive engineering of its teachers that come from Germany, Japan, United States and Mexico. German Institute TU Queretaro will provide with a revolutionary teaching approach hence motivating the creativity, individuality and effectiveness of the knowledge obtained.

The teaching system is based in these three concepts:

1. Basic sciences: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and statistics

2. Specialized Subjects: Vehicle Dynamics (theory and subjective evaluation), Overall technical knowledge: Chasis, Body-in-white, Acoustics, Internal Combustion engines, Quality, etc. Also specialized CAE Subjects: Safety, Durability, Manufacture, Optimization, etc.

3. Executive aptitudes: Project management, Research methods, Technology development, etc.

We would like to emphasize that the Specialized Subjects and most of the Executive aptitudes will be taught in English. The student will be constantly trained with the help of practical training under supervision of experts on the subject. At the end of the bachelor, the student will have authentic work experience/knowledge and will be able to incorporate much easier to Research & Development, as well as Production, Purchasing & Sales.
